This film is the final result of our 3 week group project 'New Directions' of which you could make a publication or film relating to London and a theme of your choice, we also made a collective book of photographs taken from our research and final filming. My group(Fahmida, Xiao, Genni,Annie Galbraith, Daniel and Fleurie)looked at the five senses- highlighting the eyes, ears, nose, mouth and hands and the interaction of all the different music scenes in London-jazz, hip hop, classical, dub step etc. We used U.V light and fluorescent colours against a classical vs hip hop soundtrack, portraying the five senses alongside the saxophone and cello.
For this project we were sponsored by Blackberry, of whom we presented our final outcome to. Each group got given a Blackberry with an interactive notepad that interacted with the phone which was pretty amazing.We loved a good bit of BBMing.
