My current project is 'contrasts', combining lots of contrasting images to create compositions. I drew a Chicken in a few different styles and am using its randomness alongside spaceships and eye iris', lightning strikes and rainbows, spring blossom and autumn leaves to make the pieces. The bones pictured behind a couple of these samples are actually many chicken wishbones, of which my Auntie collected over a long time, her bizzarly wonderful collecting habits inspire me a lot. I recently received a whole pheasants worth of feathers from a 'road kill' pie that graced their dinner table a couple of weeks ago...watch out for some pheasant feather creation in the future.
